100% peanut butter + a little bit of honey or agave syrup, fruits & seeds on a sourdough toast 😋 Peanut butter 🥜 is – Rich in proteins, healthy fats, essential nutrients such as vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants- A great energy boost- A way to keep you full and satisfied ⚠️ Stay mindful of potential risks! 🚨 – Some commercial brands may contain added sugars, hydrogenated oils, or preservatives, which can reduce its nutritional value and contribute to health problems if consumed in excess.- Peanuts are susceptible to aflatoxin contamination, a type of toxin produced by mold.
