Today is my last day @villaparadiso. My first “cure”! It was a wonderful experience yet, it definitely pushed my limits! People are lovely, the place is beautiful & super relaxing! I spent 6 days doing 3 hours of exercise, 2 hours of treatment a day & following a light diet but always eating well. Carbs?! I craved them so badly! The first 3 days are the most difficult, but the reward I found later is worth the effort. I’m so refreshed and ready to leave
2 Clementines or 1 orange is considered as one portion of fruit, they make a perfect snack! They:

Shrimps & calamari salad with greens & avocados! Super tasty, filling & light meal! However, this salad has no carbs so make sure to add a source of carbs on the side: potatoes, quinoa, rice
A generation of future women learning ultimate frisbee; a game in which men and women come together in 1 team as equals. I hope this session inspired these young girls and made them aware of the power and strength that lie in them. @ Saint Joseph School
